SHIPPING POLICY

General Shipping Address Requirements

  • All shipping addresses must be written exclusively in Latin characters.

  • Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters, while Address Line 2 has a 30-character limit.

  • HASH I.N.C.L.U.D.E does not provide address validation services, so it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address.

International Delivery

  • A valid recipient’s phone number is required for international orders to facilitate smooth delivery.

PO Box Delivery

  • PO box delivery is only recommended within the United States. For other countries, PO box delivery is at the customer's own risk.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their ordered product can fit inside their PO box. The largest available PO box measures 12" x 22.5", so any item exceeding these dimensions cannot be shipped to a PO box.

  • Express Delivery does not support PO box addresses. If a customer enters a PO box address for an Express Delivery order, it will be processed as a standard order instead.

​Shipping to or within Germany

Shipping to or within Germany has specific requirements for home addresses, parcel lockers (Packstation), and collection points (Paketfiliale or Paketshop). Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

Home Delivery Requirements

For successful home delivery in Germany, the following details must be provided:

  •  Recipient’s full name (matching the name on the apartment building)

  •  Street address and house number

  •  Apartment number (if applicable)

  •  Floor number (optional)

  •  Zip code

  •  Country

🔹 Important: If any required details are missing (e.g., last name), the carrier may be unable to identify the recipient’s residence. This may result in the package being returned without further delivery attempts.

🔹 For business addresses, the business name must be clearly indicated on the doorbell to ensure successful delivery.

🚫 PO box addresses cannot be used for orders shipping to or within Germany.

Shipping to a Packstation or Paketfiliale/Paketshop

🔹 Important: Delivery to a Packstation is available only within Germany. Shipments to parcel lockers in other countries are not supported and will be returned to the sender.

  •  The recipient must activate their Deutsche Post/DHL account for Packstation and Paketfiliale/Paketshop services. If not activated, the shipment may be returned.

  •  Once activated, the recipient will receive a postal number, which must be correctly entered in the address details. If not entered correctly, the shipment will be returned.

Shipping to South Korea

Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) Requirement

For all shipments to South Korea, it is mandatory to include the recipient’s Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) in the shipping address.

  •  Where to Add the PCCC:

               Enter the PCCC in the “Address 2” line of the shipping address.

  •  What to Do If the PCCC Cannot Be Added:                                                        If the PCCC cannot be added due to character limits or other                restrictions, please contact the local carrier or customs office              for further assistance.

Local Orders Within South Korea

  • For domestic orders within South Korea, we recommend using WOYC, a Print Provider based in South Korea, as local orders are generally not expected to require a PCCC.

 

Shipping to Chile

It is mandatory to include the recipient’s RUN (Rol Único Nacional) or RUT (Rol Unico Tributario) tax number on the shipping label of the order (for individuals, both of these numbers will be the same). Each individual living in Chile has a unique 8 or 9-digit RUN / RUT number.

 

Shipping to Mexico

Shipping to Mexico

Effective January 1, 2025, shipping labels for orders to Mexico must include the following details:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Recipient’s tax ID or national ID number

  • Recipient’s email address

  • Recipient’s phone number

The recipient must provide a tax ID number, RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes), or CURP (Clave Única de Registro de Población). Non-residents may use a tax ID, such as an SSN (Social Security Number), tax identification number, or passport number.

Note:

Failure to provide this information may lead to delays in customs clearance, additional screening by Mexican customs, shipment destruction, or return to the sender.

🔹The shipping and delivery may take up to 15 to 30 days depending on the location provided by the customers.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At HASH I.N.C.L.U.D.E, all our products are made to order, ensuring each item is uniquely crafted just for you. Because of this, we do not support returns or exchanges if an order was placed with the wrong size, color, or if the customer simply changes their mind.

However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during production, we offer a free replacement or refund. To qualify, please contact our support team within 30 days of product delivery using the “Report an Issue” form. Be sure to include a clear photo of the defect or damage for a swift resolution.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to ensure you receive a quality product every time!

Please note that HASH I.N.C.L.U.D.E will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

🔹Refund may take from 15 to 25 days.
